Is the inspection really free?+
Yes. ProCare offers a free property inspection, with no obligation to move forward. A written estimate follows if you decide to move forward.
How fast can someone come out?+
Timing depends on current schedule and weather; we confirm a specific window when you request an inspection.
Do you work with insurance claims?+
We document the damage with photos, meet the adjuster on the roof, submit supplements for anything the first scope missed, pull permits, and keep the paperwork moving so there's very little for you to do. We're a contractor, not a public adjuster: you file the claim and your insurer makes the coverage decision.
